NUTRITION

Every athlete fuels differently. Our nutritionists design a custom meal plan based on your body type, sport, and training goals,  whether you’re building muscle, improving endurance, or dialing in your recovery. No generic templates. Just a plan that works for the way you train.

 

We also run nutrition workshops and talks for teams and individual athletes, covering the latest research on performance fueling and practical strategies you can apply right away.

Results don’t happen in a vacuum. With ongoing consultations, we make sure your training and nutrition stay aligned as your body adapts and your goals evolve. We track key performance metrics over time — weight, strength benchmarks, recovery data — and adjust your plan whenever something needs to change.

 

This is the support system that keeps you consistent long after the initial plan is set.

TRAINING

Your training plan is built from scratch around your goals — speed, strength, agility, sport-specific skills, or all of the above. You’ll work with your trainer in weekly one-on-one sessions that go beyond reps and sets: technique correction, performance strategy, and real-time adjustments based on how you’re progressing.

 

Every week, your routine is updated to match where you are and where you’re headed.

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

Great performance starts in the mind. We offer mental performance coaching with a licensed sports psychologist — as an add-on or standalone.

In weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions, you’ll build focus, confidence, routines, and resilience.

It starts with an evaluation, followed by a structured, goal-driven plan designed for long-term results.

Each player receives a plan tailored to their physical needs and goals, monitored weekly to adjust results accordingly.

What does the weekly monitoring include?

We review BMI, weight, body fat percentage, and more. To adjust your nutrition and training plans as needed.

How long is the minimum commitment?

We need a minimum of three months to see significant results in athlete performance.
